一、Implement error proofing methods:

Combining software and hardware, using barcode technology, the system automatically pairs engineering BOM materials with station table materials and actual operation materials.

 

二、Implement the key steps of error prevention:

1、Import the station table of the SMT machine with one key in the system, automatically compare the BOM of the system, and effectively prevent errors in the station table.

2、When feeding and receiving materials, the staff of the production line shall scan the station number on the machine with the scanning gun, and then scan the barcode label on the material. The system will automatically check whether the feeding is correct. Staff private receiving alarm stop line.

 

 

3、The station confirmed by the production line scanning will prompt the measured value on the IPQC computer, and the data measured by the IPQC will be transmitted to the system through the bridge instrument, and the system will automatically determine the measured result.

4、The production can be started only after all measured values of IPQC are passed.
